Hence I have a rule with my BFF's to not gossip or get caught up on lengthy conversations on what is wrong. I have a rule of 20% of our energy you can focus on the problem (you can complain if you need to)then 80% is used up to create a new outcome and solutions.

After all, what has just shown up in our lives that we so did not like is merely a reflection of what we have been thinking.  

I know ... even focusing on what we do not want in regular bases attracts more of what we do not wish to happen. 

A quick tip ...

As I look up, I have I posted note in front of my computer that reads "Focus on the end result".  

Whatever I want to manifest and create something new in my life I do these two things: 

1- Tune in the emotion and energy of already created it.

2- I embody the version of myself who already has it.

These simple acts help me align myself to my highest frequency of already have it against creating from the lack of it.  

What are you trying to attract and create right now? 

When we operate or act as if from the frequency of wholeness, already being that (not waiting for the external to show up first) we manifest so much faster.

Did you know that it takes seven seconds to change your energy and your point of attraction? You can stop the negative momentum before it builds up and gets a bit harder to maneuver.

Life IS NOT that hard when we become aware of our point of ATTRACTION!

I believe true freedom is ours when we move away from being a victim to life and take ownership that we are the creators of it. 

The power is inside not outside of ourselves.

For as long as I can remember, I was told to learn about the power of the mind how I needed to control it or 'it' will control me. From an early age, I studied the mindset masters and learned and achieved great success through their teachings.

For a big significant part of my life, I lived by those principles.  

I would set goals and big goals, yet I always had the same feeling after conquering them. I wasn't sure back then what that feeling was. I just thought it was the novelty of my focused intention wearing off. ​

"Miss miss here is my permission to slip fail. Please let my soul learn from me being playful against your strict rules. Pls, let me play outside when it is raining and not just when it is dry. And pls let celebrate all of my mistakes not just my winnings."

Imagine if our parents and teachers encouraged us to fail and fail with gusto? How different will life be now?
